The Equip Starter Course is a FREE, 8-week guided kidmin training course designed for children’s and family ministry leaders. Those participating in Equip will interact with the best, foundational content and experience kidmin training geared toward helping leaders advance and grow in their leadership, vision, and practical skills. Your Instructor
Shelley Henning serves as Community Support Specialist for INCM. She brings a heart to serve and equip the kidmin community, working through the initiatives of Kidmin.com, Dispatch, and Children’s Ministry Certification. Shelley discovered her passion for children’s ministry in her teens and was called to full-time ministry shortly after. Prior to joining INCM, she served as the Interim Executive Director of the Church Leadership Center, working to establish training initiatives for church lay leaders. She is a published author and kidmin veteran, having served as a Children's Pastor in both large and small churches in Michigan for nearly two decades. Shelley and her husband Mike have four children that they adore walking through life with!
