Joy Goodwin serves as the Community Development Manager for INCM. She started ministering to kids when she was 9 years old, working alongside her mom. Joy has an M.Div from Bethel Seminary and after a lifetime of volunteer leadership, spent 5 years leading families in full-time ministry. She has a passion for growing and encouraging leaders in the church and walking with them as they follow God.
She lives in Minnesota with her wonderful husband, happy and curious sons. Her fridge is stocked with lemonade just in case you want to stop by for a visit.
