Equip NEXT is for students who have successfully completed the Equip Starter Course, and desire to continue in their Equip training. Equip NEXT provides students the opportunity to deepen their leadership journey, keep moving forward in their skill development, and grow in their understanding of children's and family ministry.
Equip Next training will focus of the following modules:
- Leadership Choices
- When the Church is Not the Church
- Family Ministry Pie
- Win at Recruiting Volunteers
- Welcoming Children with Sensory Processing Difficulties
- Releasing Learning Styles to Maximize Ministry
Your Instructor
From high school on, Megan has been at home serving the church in children's and youth ministry. Using her leadership, training, and musical gifts in multiple ministries and churches, she has a deep desire to see those laboring for Christ feel equipped and empowered. Her role at INCM provides the perfect context for her corporate training background and her heart for ministry to thrive.
Transplanted from Wisconsin to Chicago, Megan is busy working on her Masters in Organizational Leadership, riding horses and being outdoors with any free time she finds.
